Keizer school vs. Catholic church in case of eminent domain

The Salem-Keizer School Board is considering using eminent domain to acquire land next to McNary High School in Keizer.

St. Edward Catholic Church owns the vacant lot. But when district officials approached church leadership, they did not want to sell.
