Natalie is a coach and teller for the Salem Storytellers Project. Along with project lead and entertainment reporter Abby Luschei, the two launched Salem’s project in the fall of 2018.
The Storytellers Project is a series of live storytelling nights curated by USA Today Network newsrooms across the country. The national project began in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2011.
Each event includes a handful of true, first-person stories told by you — our neighbors. The purpose of the project is to show everyone has stories to share and by telling them, we foster a deeper sense of connection and empathy in our community.
For more information or to submit an application to tell at future events, go to www.storytellersproject.com/city/salem. Tickets are $12 for general admission ($5 for students) and are available exclusively online at tickets.statesmanjournal.com.
